Yes, PetMax currently subsidizes the cost of shipping by providing up to 90% off of all published shipping rates. We realize shipping can be expensive. Especially for heavy and bulk items. Therefore, we do our best to provide the most cost efficient shipping possible by working hand-in-hand with FedEx & Canada Post to reduce shipping costs as much as possible.

Yes, FedEx and Canada Post both provide a tracking numbers for all their parcels. This allows you to know where your package is every step of the way. A shipping confirmation email will be sent to the email address associated with the order which will include a tracking number along with estimated delivery date.

Yes, PetMax ships to all Provinces and Territories, including P.O. boxes and rural route addressess.
Yes, PetMax does ship to the United States. We currently only ship small packet items and are unable to ship pet food, treats, medications, or regulated goods, due to border restrictions.
